Building Independence & Readiness for Primary School
Continuing the K1 program, K2 learning expands to include exciting projects like "Camping" and "Transition to Primary School" in the second half of the year.
Camping serves as a valuable test of children's independence and problem-solving skills. From planning activities and transportation to deciding on meals, children take charge of the entire experience, building confidence and teamwork.
In "Transition to Primary School," we guide children through an in-depth exploration of primary school life. Through hands-on learning, discussions, and preparation, we support their development in key areas—emotional readiness, responsibility, learning habits, and adaptability—ensuring they step into their next chapter with confidence and enthusiasm.
The Starry Child
Free to Explore
Children are highly encouraged and supported within safety means to challenge their limits and be curious!
Experiential Learning
Learning opportunities are everywhere! Monthly excursions are opportunities for children to learn beyond the classroom. Using elements of the whole language approach, educators will use this chance to inject a large amount of language input by scaffolding learning.
Project-Inquiry
The project inquiry curriculum will kick-start from the K1 level. There will be 4 big projects in a year, each spanning a term, for children to explore their topic of interest in-depth. K2 curriculum will include K2 Camp and P1 Bridging Projects.
Our highly experienced teacher will scaffold their learning by asking guiding questions and bringing them to places in real-life for research depending on the project.
Character Building
Older children take on more responsibilities for their learning such as helping teachers to clean their toys and sharpen their pencils.

A Tasty CNY Tradition – Making Glutinous Rice Balls!
During the Chinese New Year period, our little chefs took part in a special hands-on activity—making their own glutinous rice balls! With guidance from educators, they brainstormed unique flavors and created their own shopping lists.
