Li Li, Founder, The Starry Way™

With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Li Li has served at preschools like Creative O Preschoolers' Bay. Her career includes prestigious roles as a master educator and senior lecturer at NIEC and SUSS, where she developed her unique, research-backed pedagogy.

The Starry Way Preschool was born from a dream of laying the foundations for lifelong holistic development of children. Our vision is guided by decades of expertise in early childhood education. Our research-backed pedagogy is centred on a whole-language and inquiry-based approach, proving that a pedagogy built on real-world practice and observation is the most effective path to lasting learning

Li Li’s pedagogical approach weaves Singapore’s multicultural landscape  with global heritage and cross-cultural, multi-intelligence principles. With over three decades of teaching and training excellence, her approach is deeply rooted in real-world practices and diverse educational traditions.
